Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mixed experience with some positives like the wonderful service in Cabo and being close to the beach, balanced with drawbacks such as uncomfortable rooms above noisy areas and distant from downtown.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were somewhat clean, but lacked simple amenities like coffee for the coffeepot or conditioner for your hair. They really need updating badly. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially with team members like Luis, Ivan, Juan, Angel at the Cilantro bar, and Demetrio at La Paloma restaurant catering to our needs. The location was wonderful, just steps away from the action on Medano beach, but there were instances of overpricing and bait-and-switch tactics. The dining options were diverse, with delicious dishes, especially the dessert selection on particular days.
Waking up to the wonderful ocean view from the room was amazing, but the old and uncomfortable fold-out couch was a downside. The noise from the generator and storage area at night and early morning was a bit disruptive.
